The vision of Closing the Gap Healthcare Group began when as a practicing nurse, Connie Clerici saw a need for increased accountability and transparency for those providing healthcare services in the community. Closing the Gap employs hundreds of healthcare providers offering services in homes, schools, workplaces, long-term care homes, hospitals, and clinics across Ontario.
