Hospice Elgin

Hospice of Elgin aims to provide compassionate palliative care for our community, through a hub of services that will be offered in the hospice of Elgin. Hospice of Elgin aims to support our community by building a 10-bed facility and support services for individuals as they journey together towards end- of – life, while also supporting caregivers and families on the journey as well. Hospice is both a “place” and “type” of care and offers a holistic and individualized approach for palliative individuals to help them address pain and symptom management and offer psychosocial and spiritual care.
