Featuring a beaver & a groundhog, the design serves as a stunning backdrop for the Westlake-Evans Civic Park. Bracketed by the St. Thomas Public Library and a new Childcare Centre, the mural was designed to be bright, colourful and fun for residents & visitors, young and old!

‘Encontros Abstratos’ translates as ‘Abstract Encounters’. You can see balance in the design, the meeting of animals at the border of water & land — and the idea that natural ecosystems around the city are so complex, beautiful, and worth protecting.
